Exploration and growth is in Alison’s DNA, inherent from her ancestry to a legendary American pioneer. Alison’s curiosity and desire for exploration has been the catalyst in gaining vast knowledge from global work, life and cultural experiences. These experiences enable Alison to adapt quickly, build networks and connect the dots to action, which she leverages in the development and growth of new ventures.
Prior to launching Growth Impact, Alison gained 15+ years of experience from Fortune 100 global brands, Apple and Nike, in commercialization, marketing, market development, operations and program strategy and across global geographies of EMEAI, LATAM and APAC. This experience allows her to deeply understand markets and customers, identify and synthesize insights into strategies and build partnerships for scale.
Alison’s expertise allows her to quickly understand and speak the language of startups, enterprises and investors, translating to faster outcomes and results for clients and partners.
With impact as a core value, Alison is driven to working with impact-focused entrepreneurs and ventures. Alison gives back to the innovation community as a mentor with 500 Global, advising various non-profit organizations and via the U.S. Department of State sponsored Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange.
Alison graduated with cum laude honors from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She holds a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford Graduate School of Business and has completed education in venture capital.
